WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER? ★
All standard orders are dispatched within 14 working days, please allow up to 21 working days during seasonal and sale periods.

I NEED MY ORDER URGENTLY ★
Priority order with express shipping can be selected at check out. STANLEY AND MAUD also offer Gift Cards that are emailed straight after purchase, there is also a 'READY TO POST' collection that is usually dispatched sooner.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER? ★
Orders are dispatched via the Royal Mail, all packages will require a signature. Ensure your address is correct as STANLEY AND MAUD are not responsible for replacing orders sent to an incorrect address.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER? ★
Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours should your order have not been started or materials purchased.
Refunds will be returned to the original method of payment.

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER? ★
STANLEY AND MAUD REALLY REALLY HOPE THAT YOU LOVE YOUR ORDER but if for any reason this isn't the case refunds and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of your delivery date as long as the item is returned unworn and in the condition/packaging in which it was received.
NON RETURNABLE; earrings, personalised, made to order and commissioned designs, the 'GIVE BACK' bangle, sale/sample sale and limited edition pieces including those within the 'CB Loves' or 'CB Edit' collection.
Postage is non refundable.
Any returns/refunds for orders which have received a free gift during a promotion period will be expected to return the free gift, should this not occur the gift value will be deducted from your refund.
If STANLEY AND MAUD receive a return outside of the 14 day window your return will be refused or credit will be given.

I'VE RECEIVED MY ORDER AND IT'S NOT WHAT I'D HOPED ★
Orders are checked throughly prior to dispatch but if a mistake has been made rest assured you'll be looked after and a replacement or refund will be issued if your order is faulty.
Faults should be emailed within 5 working days of your delivery date.

WHAT DOES GOLD FILLED MEAN? ★
"Gold filled"is a solid layer of gold (14k) permanently bonded to a base metal such as brass. It is very hard wearing and under normal wear the gold will not fade like gold plate, it is used as a more economical and cost friendly alternative to solid gold.

WILL MY JEWELLERY BE HALLMARKED? ★
STANLEY AND MAUD hallmark all designs which are not exempt, they proudly carry our Maker's Mark (SM)

SOCIAL MEDIA ★
All of Stanley and Maud's social channels are managed by Charlotte Boulton, owner. Photographs are taken of some makes and designs during the making and finish process, if you wish not to have your design photographed an email must be sent at the time of ordering. Don't worry images with obvious personalisations aren't shared at the time of making as not to spoil any surprises.
