Cancellations | Returns | Exchanges
You are welcome to cancel/amend your order within 48 hours should your order have not been started.
Refunds and exchanges are accepted within 14 days if the item is unworn, undamaged and returned in the condition/packaging in which it was received. Earrings, personalised, commissioned pieces, sale/sample sale, limited edition pieces including those within the 'CB Loves' or 'CB Edit' collection and the 'GIVE BACK Bangle' are non-returnable/non-refundable. Postage is not refunded.
If you have an issue with absolutely anything please contact me and I will try my upmost to ensure you're a happy 'Stanley and Maud' customer.
Any returns/refunds for orders which have received a free gift during a promotion period will be expected to return the free gift, should this not occur the gift value will be deducted from your refund.
Multiple exchanges will incur an administrative charge.

Items sent through Stanley and Maud's PO Box will be received within approximately a week. 

Please package/post safely and securely as Stanley and Maud are not responsible for any damage or loss on route.

Do you sell gift vouchers?
Yes gift cards are available, they will be emailed straight away after you've purchase so you won't need to worry about dispatch meaning you won't be in trouble if you've accidentally forgotten that special date!

What does Gold Filled mean?
"Gold filled"comprises a solid layer of gold (14k) permanently bonded to a base metal, such as brass. It is very hard wearing and under normal wear the gold will not peel or flake, unlike gold plate, and is commonly used as a more economical alternative to pure gold.
Social Media
All of Stanley and Maud's social channels are managed by Charlotte Boulton, owner. Photos are taken of most makes and designs, if you wish not to have your design photographed or shared at all an email must be sent at the time of ordering. Don't worry images with obvious personalisations aren't shared at the time of making as not to spoil any surprises.
