How to Order

All orders are placed via the website head to the 'shop' heading.

 

Dispatch

Everything is made to order and dispatched within 10 working days, at busy periods please allow up to 14 working days.

 

Delivery- UK Orders

Free Post UK orders over £50

Standard Delivery- Second Class standard service

Recorded delivery- First Class service requiring a signature.

Special Delivery- Delivered by 1pm the Next Day (Mon- Thurs)- this service includes end to end tracking and will require your signature.

If you require Special Delivery for a weekend please email stanleyandmaud@gmail.com.

 

Southern Ireland//International Shipping Orders 

Standard Delivery- Standard postal service

Tracked delivery- Tracked and Signed delivery (advised for order over the value of £50)

Stanley and Maud are not responsible for any additional courier/postage/overseas tax charges upon delivery.

 

Please ensure you select the correct Postal Service // If your delivery address is a work address SM advise selecting a tracked/signed for service not a standard service as any loss may not be covered for a refund or replacement.

STANLEY AND MAUD ADVISE ALL ORDERS OVER THE VALUE OF £50 ARE SENT VIA SPECIAL DELIVERY AS ANY LOSS OR DAMAGES TO YOUR ORDER MAY NOT BE COVERED FOR A REPLACEMENT // REFUND FOR THE FULL AMOUNT.

 

Cancellations | Returns

You are welcome to cancel/amend your order within 48 hours of placing your order.

Refunds are accepted within 14 days if the item is unworn, undamaged and returned in the condition/packaging in which it was received. Personalised and Commissioned pieces are non-returnable/non-refundable.

If you have an issue with absolutely anything please contact me via email stanleyandmaud@gmail.com and I will try my upmost to ensure you're a happy 'Stanley and Maud' customer. I'm not a machine and I can make mistakes...should this occur I will do my best to fix the matter as soon as I can.

Returns should be sent to;

RETURNS, Stanley and Maud, 22 North Terrace, Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, IP28 7AB

Please wrap/post safely and securely as Stanley and Maud are not responsible for any damage or loss on route.

IMPORTANT- Include the following information within your parcel;

Full name, delivery address, order number, email address, reason for refund/exchange

Failure to include the above will cause a delay.
