★ Any lost // damaged mail will be replaced up to the value of compensation so on orders over the value of £50 Stanley and Maud strongly advise you select Special Delivery.
★ If your parcel has been signed for Stanley and Maud are not responsible for replacing or chasing your package should it be classed as lost.
★ Ensure your address is correct when you check out especially if you're using PayPal, Stanley and Maud or the mail provider is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect delivery information
★ Stanley and Maud has no control over over custom taxes or import duties that may occur when your order arrives in it's country of destination, you are liable for any charges should they occur.
★ Please note each letter is individually stamped by hand so your letters may not perfectly aligned, there may also be variations in depth and spacing. This adds an authentic, personal charm to every piece, this is not classed as a fault. If you are looking for something completely uniform then handstamped jewellery is not for you!
★ Should your piece arrive damaged or faulty, you must inform us of this on day of receipt and upon investigation you will be given an exchange or credit.
★ You are welcome to cancel/amend your order within 48 hours of placing your order however if your order has already been started or materials have been ordered you will not be entitled to a refund.
★ Refunds are accepted within 14 days if the item is unworn, undamaged and returned in the condition in which it was received.
★ Personalised and Commissioned pieces are non-returnable/non-refundable. Please email email@example.com for a returns address.
★ You are responsible for your returns package until it arrives so ensure you package appropriately and send safely as Stanley and Maud will not be responsible for any lost or damaged goods.
★ Stanley and Maud will not accept responsibility for snapped bangles due to incorrect/forceful removal, please read the jewellery care information here on how to look after your Stanley and Maud.
★ Jewellery items are not suitable for children during play and should not be worn overnight or for periods exceeding 24 hours. Stanley and Maud are not responsible for items damaged during play, or from general wear and tear. Bracelets, beads, charms, pendants and necklaces with decorations are not suitable for children under the age of 3 due to small parts and may present a choking hazard.
